I have an allergy. What can I eat at Mulberry Street?
First, you need to tell our staff that you have an allergy. We care about our guests and we sincerely want you to have a great experience at Mulberry Street. We do have cheese in our pizza sauce, cream in our cream soup and flour dust in the air. We can customize your pizza or pasta with a marinara sauce. Marinara does not contain cheese, it is a blend of tomato and salt - not as tasty but allergy friendly. We have a non-dairy "cheese". The ingredients are listed below. We also offer gluten free spaghetti and a gluten free 10" pizza crust. These products are produced in a Gluten Free faciilty. Our restaurant does have flour in the air since we toss our pizza.
What is in the Non Dairy "Cheese"?

Listed Ingredients: Filtered water, tapioca and/or arrowroot flour, non-GMO expeller pressed canola and/or non-GMO expeller pressed safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, vegan natural flavors, inactive yeast, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, citric acid(for flavor), titainium dioxide(minimally occuring mineral).
What is in the Gluten Free Crust?
Gluten Free 10" Crust from Venice Baking Company, El Segundo, CA. Certified Gluten Free by NSF. Made with no eggs, soy or milk.
Listed Ingredient: Water, rice flour, modified rice starch, potato starch, cane sugar, tapioca flour, potato flour, NGMO canola/olive oil blend, fresh yeast, salt, xanthan gum, calcium sulfate(added fro freshness).
Do the Cream Soups have Cream in them?
Yes, we use real cream and real butter. We do not use flour or a chicken stock so the soup is vegetarian and gluten free.
Are the Bean Soups Vegan?
Yes, we use water, vegetables, beans/lentils and spices. The pureed soup is not thickened with flour so these soups are also gluten free. We will tell you if we add any meat.
What can I order if I am in a hurry?
We make our food to order and that takes time, especially if we are busy. A pizza takes at least 20 minutes from taking your order & tossing the dough to finish bake - if we are NOT busy. Handmade takes time! We can do soup, salad or pasta more quickly. All orders are first come first served. Please ask if we can accomodate your needs before you order.
